Toys that make you go -- "What thuh?" HAIL TOY FIENDS! Applehead Factory, creator of Teddy Scares, recently went to grave lengths to introduce its newest addition to its Dysfunctional family, Tofu, the Vegan Zombie, with an exclusive 7”, “white” vinyl version of the action figure. Tofu was created by a scientist looking to cure zombie-ism and is a friendly, undead vegan. “White” Tofu boasts 5 points of articulation, a fully sculpted produce base, apple crate-like window packaging and a removable tofu block. Remove the tofu block at your own risk; removal can cause Tofu to revert to eating flesh. Applehead offered a limited edition of 150 pieces, at $35 each. The fully painted original Tofu was also available. These were available at San Diego Comic-Con, booth #4923. Now they’re out there stalking the general public on sites like eBay no doubt.
