Mattel unveiled a lot of the 2009 JLU lineup at last summer's Comic-Con International, but today they pulled back the curtain on a pre-New Year's Eve surprise.  Above: Dr. Amanda Waller action figure from Mattel (2009) Expect to see this Dr. Amanda Blake Waller (first appearance, DC Legends #1, 1986) figure as part of the Mattel lineup sometime during the first half of this year.
