![]() Upperdeck's All-Stars line is likely one of the most stupidly overlooked line of sports collectibles out there. Here are a few reasons why we say this. The edition sizes are ludicrously small, from between 250 and 500 pieces on average. Includes some of the hottest sports icons in any game. They're rendered in the most Now urban styling. And yet, we find there are still some available, and all of them at hugely marked down prices. If you consider the usual price of collector vinyl, and you compare it to what most of these figures are currently selling for, you could very affordably get a fine collection going. And it's only a few weeks till Christmas sports fans and fans of sports fans! Here are a couple of for instances, one designated as "limited," at 1,500 pieces, the second as "limited edition" at just 500 pieces: ![]() The LeBrons 'The King James Edition' (Set of Four) Limited Vinyl Figures "The King James'' edition, which represents the next colorway of each of the four popular LeBrons figures, is limited to just 1,500 sets and is ready for purchasing! Besides the vibrant new colors, two new shoes are featured in this latest lineup: ''Athlete LeBron'' is rocking in the extremely limited Houston special edition Zoom III’s, while ‘’Kid LeBron’’ pays homage to the LeBron Birthday Bundle kicks released in early 2006. Be a wise old man like ‘’Wise LeBron’’ and order your set today – because when they’re gone, they’re gone. Available in the USA only. ![]() Martin Brodeur All-Star Vinyl Limited Figure (Devils Away Edition) Now, if you go to the Upperdeck online store, this one's marked "SUPPLIES LOW: Order now before this figure sells out!" We have no idea from that little caveat just how many are in fact left. The backstopper for the New Jersey Devils since the early 1990s, Brodeur has earned three Stanley Cup rings and four Vezina trophies as the league's top netminder. What's more, with 538 career wins, Martin Brodeur is only 13 victories shy of the NHL's all-time winningest goaltender, Patrick Roy. Salute New Jersey's reliable No. 30 with this Jeremy Madl-designed ASV figure of Marty in his away Devils uniform (pre- 2007-08 season). Limited to: 500 We invite you to check this all out for yourselves, right HERE. Some things are just too cool to be overlooked. |
